iCareer.io reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
 
Services Provided
 
iCareer.io provides a service to bring Job Seekers and Employers together. Job Seekers and Employers can register, create profiles/job posts and search for jobs and resumes. Candidate applications will be sent directly to Employers.
iCareer.io is a platform and does not guarantee applications to Employer vacancies, or responses from Employers to Applicants. If a client is unable to fill a vacancy as a result of the services provided by iCareer.io, iCareer.io has no obligation to re-run a
job posting. iCareer may reject a client account application at its sole discretion. iCareer may terminate a user account with notice or warning, with immediate effect, if a user is found to be misrepresenting themselves, or at its sole discretion.
iCareer may terminate a client account without notice or warning, with immediate effect, if a client is found to be misusing the site, or should a payment method become invalid or fail more than once.
 
Payment (clients only)
 
iCareer.io’s payment terms are to be paid upfront, and iCareer.io will not post a client’s vacancy until payment has been received. Payment may be made by credit card. A pro-forma invoice may also be issued for upfront payment. iCareer.io’s fee is non-refundable. In the event of any debt claim brought by iCareer.io for any outstanding payments due, any outstanding amount owed
will be subject to the interest rate set out in the Commercial Debts (Late Payment of Interest) Act 1998.
 
Privacy Policy
 
Candidate personal data will be available to Employers visiting
iCareer.io. Personal data includes a Name which is mandatory, an email Address which is mandatory and a Telephone Number which is optional. Personal data provided by the user may be used by iCareer.io to notify the user of any news, and or promotional offers relating to the iCareer.io website and affiliates. The user can unsubscribe from these notifications at anytime.
iCareer.io will not disclose user personal data to any third party and guarantees that all personal data is held securely in accordance with GDPR regulation.
 
Website Use
 
iCareer.io may not be used for any of the following purposes:
 
1. To contact iCareer.io users regarding any issue apart from the purpose of recruitment.
 
2. To contact iCareer.io users to offer any services from a 3rd party company.
 
3. To post any illegal content. The user is required to provide truthful information in their profile or job post. It is prohibited to use any text or images from iCareer.io for personal or commercial use.
 
User Information
 
iCareer does not hold responsibility for any untruthful and/or inaccurate information included in job posts and profiles.
iCareer.io reserves the right to edit or delete any information submitted by the user to the website.
Candidate information is provided to the client in the understanding that this is in confidence and must not be passed to any third party.
 
Liability
 
iCareer.io will not be responsible for any loss or damage the user may encounter from using the website.
 
Cookies Policy
 
Our website uses cookies. A cookie is a file containing an identifier (a string of letters and numbers) that is sent by a web server to a web browser and is stored by the browser. The identifier is then sent back to the server each time the browser requests a page from the server.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
 
The laws of England and Wales govern this agreement and all non-contractual obligations arising out of it. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
English Courts.
